Cauliflower

Cauliflower florets fullly loose and clean, coming from healthy fresh raw material, harvested in its optimal level of ripeness, clean, blanched, cooled and individually deep-frozen (IQF process).

Onion

Onion (Allium cepa), coming from fresh, healthy and tender raw material, clean and sorted; cut and individually deep-frozen (IQF process).

Pearl Onion

Pearl Onion (Allium cepa), coming from fresh, healthy and tender raw material, clean and sorted and individually deep-frozen (IQF process).

Pepper

Green or red pepper diced/sliced fullly loose and clean of Capsicum Nahum species, coming from healthy fresh raw material, harvested in its optimal level of ripeness, clean, blanched, cooled and individually deep-frozen (IQF process).

Spinach leaves portions.

Spinach leaves coming from comin healthy fresh raw material, clean, blanched, individually deep-frozen (IQF process) in portions from 15 to 50gr.

Courgette

Curcubita pepo variety, coming from comin healthy fresh raw material, cut and calibrated, clean and sorted. Later blanched and individually deep-frozen (IQF process).
No additives are used during processing.

Sweet corn in grain, coming from healthy fresh raw material, clean, sorted, blanched and individually deep-frozen (IQF process).

Mushroom

Mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) coming from healthy fresh raw material, clean, sorted, and individually deep-frozen (IQF process).

Brussel sprouts

Brussel sprouts (Brassica oleracea, variedad gemmifera) coming from fresh raw material, healthy, compact and well developed, cut, calibrated, clean, blanched, cooled and individually deep-frozen (IQF process).

Broccoli

Broccoli florets (Brassica oleracea, variedad italica) coming from fresh healthy raw material, cut into pieces, clean, blanched, and individually deep-frozen (IQF process). Florets are glazed with a máximum content of 5% water . Later they are calibrated between 15-35mm

Celery

Celery stalks (Apium graveolens L. var. dulce) healthy, clean, tender and well developed. Once rests of roots and leaves are eliminated, celery stalks are cleaned, cut, blanched, cooled, drained and individually deep-frozen (IQF process).

Thistle

Thistle leaves (Cynara cardunculus), coming from fresh healthy raw material, cut, clean, sorted, blanched, and individually deep-frozen (IQF process).

Whole Green asparragus

Green asparragus (Asparagus officinalis) coming from fresh healthy raw material. The asparragus is clean, calibrated, blanched, and individually deep-frozen (IQF process).
